Join Bike Walk Macon for a group ride to the Ocmulgee Indigenous Celebration on Saturday, September 14!
Meet at Macon Bagels at (470 Third Street, Macon, GA 31201) at 9:30 AM to grab a quick breakfast and then tag along as we roll to the Celebration at 10:00 AM. Riders will have the opportunity to explore the celebration and then we’ll head back to Macon Bagels through the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park.

This is a FREE, slow-paced community bicycle ride for people of all ages and skill levels. Registration begins at Macon Bagels at 9:30 AM. Before the ride, we’ll share city-cycling safety tips. Wheels are down at 10:00 AM.
Riders are welcome to join or depart the group at any point. Remember to bring a helmet and a bike lock.
Looking to ride a little longer? Join Bike Tech Macon’s Crank to Coffee ride that morning starting at 8:00 AM. They will end at Macon Bagels around 9:30 AM and then you can jump on our ride to the park!
Bike and pedestrian access is available all weekend!
Cyclists and pedestrians are encouraged to bike and walk to the Celebration through the back gate of the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park. Enjoy the serene 0.9-mile stroll or roll to the visitor's center. Parking is available at 213 Clinton Street beside the Mill Hill Arts Center.
