Using SeeClickFix, people can report issues like sidewalk maintenance, lighting, street sweeping, or overgrown vegetation blocking the public right of way directly to the Macon-Bibb County departments. They will receive an email when the request has been seen and assigned by the department, and when the issue has been resolved. Should the requested issue not be a service provided by Macon-Bibb County, Customer Service will try to refer it to the proper agency for resolution.
Requests can be made and issues reported via Macon-Bibb County’s website and/or the free mobile app. People without online or mobile capabilities can report issues by calling Customer Service at 478-751-7400.
REPORT AN AGGRESSIVE DRIVER
If you are harassed or endangered by an aggressive driver while walking or biking, please report the driver to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office by calling 911. For non-emergency issues, call 478-746-9441 or 478-751-7500.

MATS (Macon Area Transportation Study) Citizens’ Advisory Committee Meetings: Every 2nd Wednesday in January, April, July, and October at 6:00PM. Held at the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission (Macon Mall, 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, Suite MB104 Macon, GA 31206). This committee was created as the primary forum for citizen engagement, to gauge community values and public attitudes in the planning process.
Pedestrian Safety Review Board Meetings: Every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 AM. Held in the Board of Commissioners Conference Room at the Macon-Bibb County Government Center (700 Poplar Street).
