Learn to be a safe cyclist through this Smart Cycling Class. The course will explore bicycle mechanics, hazard avoidance maneuvers, and how to confidently ride with traffic and share the road with motorists. The Smart Cycling course is a prerequisite to becoming a League Certified Instructor (LCI).
The class will be held in Carolyn Crayton Park in downtown Macon (specifically the parking lot of the Senior Center - 132 Willie Smokie Glover Dr, Macon, GA 31201) on Saturday, June 15, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
All participants must bring their own bikes and helmets. Helmets are required. You must be 18 years or older to take this class.
This class is led by League Cycling Instructors from Georgia Bikes and Bike Walk Macon.
