Join Bike Walk Macon for a fun and informative discussion on our 2020 Love Your Streets initiative. Love Your Street empowers Maconites to improve their own neighborhood streets by providing funding and support to build low-cost, quick-action, creative traffic calming installations that will be determined through an inclusive community engagement process.

Last summer, BWM asked community members to send us their ideas for transforming their own streets. Out of 22 submissions, 4 locations were selected: Bay St., Tattnall St., Washington Ave., and the Downtown mid-block crosswalks. Come chat with the community leaders, artists, and partners who worked with us to reclaim their streets for all modes of transportation.
